PhD Academic Process as per UGC Rules

Issue of Entrance & Interview Clearance Letter: Candidates receive clearance letters confirming their successful completion of the entrance test and interview.
Issue of Enrollment Number: Enrolled candidates are assigned a unique enrollment number for identification purposes.
Guide & Co-Guide Allocation: Candidates are assigned a primary guide and, if necessary, a co-guide to mentor them throughout their PhD journey.
Pre-PHD & Course Work Exam: Candidates undertake pre-PhD coursework and may be required to pass an examination to proceed.
